Here you can download the latest version of Podshelf for Android for testing. The app is automatically built for every new patch added to the project.
The watch app runs on Wear OS and is standalone - it talks to your Audiobookshelf server itself, downloads episodes and plays them with the phone left at home. It is the phone app that sends it your queue, though, so install both and open the phone app once.
Using this requires some technical knowledge to install the APK manually.
Podshelf is a client for an Audiobookshelf server; it does not provide any content of its own.
